Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All Glamucci orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center in Gardena, California.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days from dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Payments & Security
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. All payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL) connection through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay where available.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Returns are sent to our Gardena, CA facility.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at contact.savedolphin@gmail.com, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart with U.S. sizes, measurements in inches, and a how-to-measure guide.
