Welcome to Glamucci. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website glamucci.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Striward LLC ("Glamucci", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We sell women's apparel for the United States market. We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact color of an item. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We accept payment through the methods listed on our Payment Methods page. By submitting an order you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products. Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our U.S. fulfillment center in Gardena, CA. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Eligible items may be returned to our Gardena, CA facility within the stated window. Certain items are non-returnable as detailed in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Glamucci" name — is the property of Striward LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striward LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Striward LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
